Angelic Network recently delivered a Diabetic Eye Screening and Awareness Session for both local community members and our wider network. The event focused on the importance of eye health, particularly for those living with or at risk of diabetes, helping attendees better understand prevention, early detection, and ongoing care.

With the support of Healthwatch, the session was highly engaging and informative. Participants worked in small groups, encouraging discussion, shared learning, and the opportunity to explore key topics in a more interactive way. Many attendees gained new knowledge and practical insights into maintaining good eye health.
