During the recent trip to Worthing Beach organized by the Angelic Network, members made a stop at Roundstone Farm Shop and Garden Centre to pick their own fresh and healthy fruits and vegetables. The farm shop and garden centre provided an opportunity for members to select their own produce, which ensured that they received the freshest and most nutritious food available. Members were able to handpick a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, including strawberries, raspberries, apples, carrots, and lettuce. The stop at Roundstone Farm Shop and Garden Centre added an extra dimension to the trip, allowing members to not only enjoy the beautiful beach but also to connect with nature and the food they eat. The Angelic Network team was commended for organizing such a thoughtful and well-rounded trip that provided members with an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, have fun, and learn about healthy food choices. Members used the information they learned from the health and well-being sessions to make great choices about what goes well together and bought those home to make for their family.
