Angelic Network CIC continued its successful series of Gardening Workshops in May, bringing members together for another enjoyable and educational session. Building on the knowledge gained from previous workshops, members explored the benefits of gardening, developed their practical skills and learnt more about caring for plants and growing their own greenery. The session encouraged participants to connect with nature while highlighting how gardening can help reduce stress, improve mood and support positive mental well-being. It was also a wonderful opportunity for members to socialise, share experiences and enjoy a relaxing activity together. Through these ongoing workshops, Angelic Network continues to promote healthier lifestyles, community connections and the joy of gardening.
