Angelic Network recently hosted a wonderful coffee morning centred around healthy lifestyles, led by Dr Paul from College Road Surgery. The session provided valuable and practical insights into maintaining a healthier way of living, and was both engaging and informative for all who attended.

Following the talk, members had the opportunity to take part in an open Q&A, where they asked questions and gained further guidance in a supportive and relaxed setting.

To make the day even more special, we also celebrated the birthday of one of our Angelic Network members, adding a joyful and community-focused touch to the event.
