Today we were proud to host yet another amazing and informative session , arranged by Cllr Attia Aslam — this time focusing on Blood Pressure Awareness.

We were honoured to welcome again over local GP Dr Ali, who delivered a fantastic talk on the causes, symptoms, prevention, and management of high and low blood pressure. Her knowledge, warmth, and clarity were appreciated by all.

Over 40 attendees joined us for this session, showing just how much our community values health education!

The Q&A segment was a real highlight — attendees had the opportunity to ask Dr Ali their questions directly, and she provided clear, helpful, and reassuring answers to every single one.
